help: cheapest, yet, most efficient turbo possible
What is the BARE MINIMUM parts needed to build a reliable turbo kit? Not boosting more than 6 pounds. I already have the gauges, boost controller and turbo timer. I don't have a budget, I'm just hoping I don't have to spend a **** load.
