The 22 is larger than the 30. With an uppipe, Vishnu turboback, injectors, fuel pump, and engine management it is good for nearly 250 hp at the wheels with little lag and a large torque curve.

try the fp green turbo. Its for dsm's. Im good for 430 at the wheels

the 30 is a mid range turbo, all around good, but lags a bit up high. VF34 is identical to the 30, but with ball bearings for a bit quicker spool.
The VF30 has slightly more lag from off-boost than stock, but can make much more power. It is not laggy "up top" though it doesn't make the peak power that the VF22 does.
