maybe a stupid question, but will that kit also fit a 96L 2.2/AWD Impreza? Are any credits given if ordering the complete kit and certain parts aren't required (i.e. already have them)? Thanks.

Depends on whether your headers end in the same place, or if you have the headers with built in cat. We could replace those with borla though - they make them for the newer 2 port heads and the older single merged port heads.

Yes

I think PDM is releasing some turbo kits. I'm thinking about buying one.

Probably doesn't help much, but I dropped a set of EJ20G heads onto an EJ22 block, and I was able to use WRX-style headers, turbo, manifold etc.. relatively inexpensive way of doing it, but it does mean pulling the motor... I can usually get the motor out in about 1 hour, it has sort of learnt the way, soon it will be able to get out all on its own without me holding its hand
Cheers,
Pat.
