A person who makes unecessary modifications to their most often import car (hence the term "rice") to make it (look) faster.

its a german plate on a german car... how many people on here put JDM stuff on their car and its not considered rice?

Saw a wrb wagon on Pleasant Grove between 1:30 and 2, I can't recall exactly.

BTW...there is an Audi that rolls that area and is lower than that...and doesnt 'swerve' to miss potholes...

 

just saw a wrb 07 wrx with sti skirts and wing at the safeway/golden1 parking lot on elkhorn....
also a white 04-05 sti with blacked out tails/headlights and black rims with red lip in that area near my friends house.....
also saw dave's (drifter04) sti on the coilovers he got.....if that aint "slammed" iono what is..

 

if you dont stick up for your friends then i feel sorry for you, and any possible friends you may have.

however, i drive with this guy quite often and have yet to see him exhibit "ricer" behavior.

and i dont remember ever mentioning a 'trackwhore' group. i am not a part of it and from what i have seen of it, i wouldnt want to be associated with them either.

and a BTW for you: Audi and VW are 2 different cars with different ground clearances. if you have ever ridden in this guy's car, you would understand why he has to go around potholes.

 

I don't know who you saw, but I don't drive like that. If I split a lane, I did it to avoid something. If you don't like my car that's too bad I couldn't care less.
