I figured out who the Blue STi that I keep seeing on J st near Streets of London is.
It's the guy that stopped by Egan's for the rape the cheese party. I guess he either works or lives in Midtown.

there's another blue STi that parks on L street quite a bit. he has the top of the wing off and those caps on the bottom.

Just to get this thread back on-topic... Spotted an 04+ WRB WRX at 6:45 AM on North Bound Prairie City Road and the Hwy 50 overpass. You had a triple gauge pod on the pillar and an aftermarket exhaust.
