just got back best was 14.216@96.011mph, i was the black wrx with no exhaust.. i hvae no mods, so essentially stock

 

my best was 15.54@87.41mph... 05 CGM RS with exhaust and intake

 

That's damn quick for a "stock" WRX. What was your 60 foot time?

 

Tell me about it, I ran 13.7 @ 99 far from stock, I must suck at teh launch!

 

hello all, i seen all of your rides out thier last night. I talked to the guy that owns the red wrx. you guys were were running pretty decent considering the temps. by the time it got really cooled down though the lines where so long that i couldnt wait that long. I own the Blacked out STI that was thier last night in lane 7 my best was a 13.124 with a 60ft of 1.8 and trapped at 105. Not to bad considering thats my first time ever bringing the STI to the track. nice to see a good amount of subies representing.

 

I should be out with my white STi, next wednesday but im gunna have to skip school i need to run my car before the mods go on, on thursday

 

lol i just noticed that i mis typed that, my best was a 14.160*@ 96.011.. i dono what my 60ft was cuz the lane i was in was not recording 60 fts. i have no 60fts on either of my 3 runs, my previous best was 14.218@94.9 with the mid pipe intact and i cut a 1.983 60ft, im willing to bet that on the 14.1 run i cut a low 1.9... i happen to race an srt4 on that run i i beat him :-) he ran a 14.3@97.8.. but i noticed that he never really pulled away.. o well.. not bad for an essentially stock wrx.. my times wouldve been faster if it was colder.. almost all my ets b4 the 1/4 were slower than my runs in february, but my trap speeds were all up, oh well..

 

im gonna head out there tonoght to watch. im takin the bike.

Im going out there tonight im suppose to race my uncle's c4 vette, well not race just compare times i guess...

 

I was there, was the white STI that did the worlds worst(actually not as bad as the people i saw in arizona) 1/4 mile time on my first race...


I got it down toa 13.8 on my final run, could have done better only got 3 runs in, and that 3rd run was my third time launching the car EVER

 

My friend blew his motor last night haha. Second run, bam blew the 2nd cylinder. Oil all over the spark plug, he was driving home and I guess it was bellowing smoke like crazy, he got pulled over because of it. So he ended up parking at a friends house and getting a ride home... crazy.

 

so is the 05 champagne sti post here. that ran a fastest of 14.6 with race gas. i went up to this dude and asked him what he ran being a fellow subaru owner myself. his reply was fast enough. so i asked him if he had been here before he said no. so i replied with so you have never brought it to the track?????? he then said I AM ONE OF THE FASTEST CARS HERE. so i was like ok cool and started to go on my way then he said he was going to be 13.2's. i was quick to point out it was his first time there, the heat, and his 18 in rims. i said the best he might run will be a 13.8. first run was a 14.7 second was a 14.6 with being beat by me with my little miniscule wrx with a 14.1. and then he put in the race gas and ran another blistering 14.6. i guess the moral of the story is don't be a ***got.
