So, is this something that is adjusted from the Utec or can you just reach in and do it? I looked at my ABC, and saw the + and - but it didnt look like it could be adjusted.

Right now I got my car going and it seems I am only getting like 10 psi in 1st gear. Then it hits some type of cut. I only have a basic map on it....will this go away when I get the Stage 4+ map on it?

I've been doing some research on the Turboxs stuff and have decided to go that route myself.
What I understand the ABC or auxillary boost controller is to hold higher boost pressures than the UTEC can do electronically. The ABC needs to be adjusted once it is in your car that's why they suggest a boost gauge. I wouldn't use the UTEC without one, you won't be getting the full benefit of the "stage" from Turboxs.

I believe the "basic" stage that you speak of is like the stock version. Shouldn't you be running at least the stage 1 program?

Check out their site: Lots more info there.

I'll be getting my Utec this coming Monday if all goes well with UPS. I just got through installing the up-pipe and the down-pipe/stealth exhaust system that utilizes the stock muffler section. The system rocks!!! I have nothing to compare it too however, the car pulls especially hard from 4500 through redline, like freeway passing.

cool, thanks for the reply. I actually put on a Blitz muffler section and now I am able to boost to 14-15psi. before the cut. WOW!!!

I should be Down loading a stage 4 map soon, then getting tuned. That way I'll be back to my normal status. I just finished switching from another product.

Thaks for the info guys,

If I remember correctly 14.7 lbs./sq.in = 1013.25 hPa(hectopascals)

This is at sea level pressure on a standard day.

I'm not sure how mPa converts to hPa. sorry

Hey found this awsome tool!!!

Now you can find any pressure measurment.
I would change the significant figures to about 6 to get more of an accurate conversion.
