Are these the 02+ WRX 04 STi set? If so, how much do you reckon the shipping would be to 94538?

 

This may sound dumb but do they lower the car at all?

 

they're height adjustable. can go from above stock height to wellll below it. got dibs on these .

these are for 02+ WRX/04 STI, and they are height adjustable with 16-level damping adjustment. spring rates on these are 8kg F/6kg R.
