these are all new, the 30gb is the video. i dont think theres a 5th gen for that

 

well thats what I meant, 5th=video ipod cause there was a 4th gen that was just music, b&w screen. So why are you selling it, if it's new why don't you take it back for a full refund or in-store credit????
