Question Can I switch to synthetic oil immediately on a new car?

I just bought a 2005 Saab 9-2X Aero (WRX Wagon) and am planning on putting in Mobil 1 Synthetic oil on my next change. I believe I have seen some discussion here in the past about this, is there a certain amount of miles that I should go with the conventional oil in the car or can I switch to synthetic right now (113 miles on the car)? Thank You for your help

You wanna keep regular oil for at least 1000 miles. I would actually dump the oil out and put some really cheap oil in there to insure proper break in. Synthetic oils are too slick so your motor will never break in if you switch to it now.
