fuel injectors and fuel pump already upgraded? What are you looking to get out of a setup? Low end or top end power?

Honestly, I dont think you will make that much power (on any dyno) with the upgrades you are wanting. But, these are great upgrades, and the power will be plenty. Don't let numbers fool you, its all about the butt dyno.

Yeah 18g xtr and top mount on e-85 will be a blast. I agree as well you will have trouble hitting 400 to 450 on that turbo.

Expect a number closer to 350 on a safe tune.

Ftr I am sitting at right around 350hp and it a blast. My setup
Dom3XTR, FMIC, 1000cc injectors and e-85. I am capable of way more but left it where it is for saftey on the stock block.
My butt dyno loves the power numbers I am at though.

IMHO and experience you can ask around all day on the boards and get numerous answers but the best thing to do is figure out who your tuner is going to be and ask them. Whoever you choose will have a parts preference to get you to your specific goals. Also they will be able to tell you what the reality is to make the numbers you want as far as parts.

i would suggest doing a header and if your doing the turbo, do an inlet, also a boost controller.
Go get your car dyno'd now and see what it makes in its current state. that will give you a better idea as to how much you can/will make. With what i am currently making with my current mods (282/290, OTS cobb strage 2) when i install all my upgrades (ebcs, inlet, large TMIC,injectors,EL header, Blouch 18g XT 8cm hot ported wastegate) if i did an e85 tune i would be close or at the numbers you want. I'm shooting for 350WHP on 91.

Have you been in a car with 400-450? Not sure if you wanna daily that with the amount of lag usually that comes with a build like that.

18G on E85? You won't even come close to that.

As someone with a non-rotated 400 whp pump setup, I would kill myself if this car was a DD. It's too laggy. A setup like this is all top end power.

You're overshooting with those expectations.

Exactly my point!!!!

Running a VF23 and having full boost come on at around 3500-3800 is pretty damn laggy already lol.

But then again it did put down 273 on a heartbreaker

Are you looking for 400-450 at the wheels or crank? Wont come close to that at the wheels unless you go bigger with more lag.

I had this setup at one point on 91. Its a fun street setup but left me wanting more at the time (281/302 at the wheels on 91oct on Eq's lower calibrated dyno). Spool was around 3300 but fell out on the top end. For autox it would of been a great setup especially with e85. The E85 will make a big difference and get you the extra power mine was missing.

In comparsion I switched over to a atp gtx3071 turbo with some better fuel (meth) and hit 415/450 on EQ's recalibrated dyno and it spools around 3800.

Either way I would seriously think about upgrading your engine internals or be prepared for it. My 2.0L died on the 18gxt before the 2.5 went into it.

Is that on a 2.5 with a tmic? I see 20psi at 3800 and right now my car maxes out at 22psi. My wastegate doesnt want to hold anything more then that so i picked up a high psi one so we can get up to 24psi. I just haven't installed it yet.

Everyday driving [enjoyment ] and reliability should be the priority .
If i'm not mistaken AUTO X is more reliant on torque and power in
lower RPM range unless you have a long track .I've been chasing HP
and decided 365 HP at the wheels is enough .
