2008 sti questions

I have a Sti with a cold air intake, walbro 255 fuel pump, 1000cc injectors, turbo back exhaust on e85 I will be making around 400 whp I hear stis can only handle 400whp! Is my car in danger of blowing something with this kind of power ?

If you have a good tune and don't abuse the car like crazy, it should be fine. It is never a certain thing with modded cars on whether how the motors handle the additional power. Some people blow their motors with no mods at all while others make 350WHP+ with no issues.

You won't be making anywhere near 400 whp with a stock turbo on E85. Most E85 stage 2 STIs are making between 330-350 whp. You can break 400 whp on E85 with a TD06H-20G if you have a high ready dyno.

I know Junior uses Airboy when road tuning and his numbers are always retarded (unrealistically) high. I didn't know their dyno was as well. I assure you unfortunately though that on any other dyno you would make far lower numbers. 850s are more than enough for E85 on the stock turbo. 1,000s would be a waste of money on your part.

Well the only reason I am switching to 1000cc is bc my car bogs like crazy at 3000 rpms they said it would be the injectors but I don't have an idea on what it is if anyone can help that would be great!
