My Rokblokz were very easy to install and didn't have to drill any new holes either.

looks like I'm going this route. Does RA have sales throughout the year or is $168 the price throughout the year?

In this situation it's less about the material and cut of the mudflap and more about the MOUNTING method. You mentioned no drilling... so it sounds like ease and secure of install is important to you.

RA provides custom brackets to mount the flaps and that makes a HUGE difference in the ease, reliability, etc. Really, 2/3 of the cost goes to the value of RA figuring out the mounting for you and providing the custom fabricated bracket (in the rear) as well as already figured out which hardware works and providing it for you (all 4 corners).

RA is most head ache free.

Then again there are some cheap *** mother ****ers around the Subaru world who can't afford to spend $30 more on a oil change to use proper oil and keep using diesel oil.
bwahahaha, I'm not cheap but the previous owner used shell Rotella for oil, I'm mainly keeping it the same way through. my previous subie, I was using full syn mobil 1.

Install pretty easy - easier with tires removed IMO.

Mobil 1 is just as bad as Rotella. Don't use either of them.

Double check in rally sport direct website. It's cheaper but has shipping. So not sure if it evens out for you...

Amazon has them too, so free fast shipping if you have Prime. My first set I ordered direct from RA and they took forever to ship, so I got the last set from Amazon. Prices tend to be within $5 or so for URs.

Yep, I run Motul exclusively for all fluids in the FXT.

I think I ordered around holidays too, so not 100% their fault, they were probably off or something. Amazon will get them to you quick even if holiday lol.

^ that report says: "for highly loaded High Performance applications where the best possible wear protection is desired, the obvious choice would be 5W30 Pennzoil Ultra, API SM or 5W30 Mobil 1, API SN...... "

It also says "....mistaken belief that 5W30 Mobil 1 is not very good."

The test numbers show that the recent (2015) version of Mobil1 is very good. NASIOC will be in uproar.

Must mean they simply put the old formula or the Euro formula back into US bottles... I will give the Pennzoil a few months, maybe blackstone, plus it was on sale.
