I have a white with bronz trim (not sure what color to call it) on my 2003 Outback Impreza.

I've already decided that I want to go with 20% on the rear three windows and 50% on the front two.

What color should I get though? I don't like how the black/smoke looks on white/two tone. Well don't like how it sounds.

Mirror/silver tint look dumb? If you have pics of what you got with this same color scheme, that'd help a lot.

you should definitely go with black. Also if you were going to pick something else make sure you check your local laws. I know cops love to bust people for stupid crap like tint color and what-not.
