can i swap 04 Impreza wheels+tires with 05 Legacy wheels+tires?

I wasn't sure to post this in the Wheels and Tire forum or the Conversion forum. I'll try to post in both since I'm concerned with both aspects, hopefully, that's okay.

Background: My family has an 04 Impreza 2.5 RS sedan and an 05 Legacy 2.5i sedan.

My situation: I often drive the Impreza, but I don't like the style of the wheels. However, I like my Legacy wheels.

My question: Can I switch the wheels+tires on both my cars? (ie: place the Legacy wheels+tires on my Impreza and place the Impreza wheels+tires on my Legacy).
Do I have to consider wheel size, tire pressure, etc, or do both cars have generally the same type of wheels and tires?

I'd appreciate any insight.

Yeah, you should be fine. The rims have the same bolt pattern and offset, and the tires are the same size. They will fit without a problem and your odomoter won't even be screwed up.

Actually I'm not positive that you can put the 16x6.5s on the Legacy GT; it has pretty beefy brakes. Maybe you can, I guess nKoan should give it a shot since he's the one with a Leg and he has access to stock WRX wheels.
