Yeah, no such thing as an STi 7 speed.

Several vendors can get you 6 speeds, check the vendor forum.

do you mean STi version 7 6 speed transmission, or whatever? Subaru is too cheap to give us 6 speeds for anything but the STi... you think they'd give us a 7?

There will never be a 7 speed manual transmission. It's just far, far too easy to downshift into 3rd instead of 5th for instance. double H shift pattern = many mnay blown up engines. There are of course 7 speed autos and SMGs.

well i just bought a 944 motor for my STi and i was wondering if i could put that 7 speed tranny on my car!!! cuz my dad has one of those cars and he has an extra tranny laying around and it would be sweet to have a 7 speed STi.
