Hey, I found this web site by Subaru that has downloadable Factory Service manuals. http://techinfo.subaru.com
you pay 19.95 for a 72 hour subscription. You can download whatever you want, the only limit is you can't do more than 20 per hour or so.
It's GREAT!!! sure beats paying 320 for the entire FSM on paper. Plus PDF files are easier to share.
So far I have complete wiring diagrams for 2k Impreza, some engine procedures and some general info.
