Don't know the brand, but these are pretty unique. Look kick ***, just like WRC headlights with vents. The passenger side vent provides tons of air for your air filter. Comes with a universal male and female plug, so all you need to do is wire in the female to the car, and you will have a removable plug system as original in case you need to remove them.
