Hey, any of you guys familiar with aftermarket seats?

I have been contemplating the idea of a different seat. On long drives the stock WRX seat leaves me with some lower back pain(even with a funky lumbar support from kragen). I was wondering if an aftermarket seat help much.

Most specifically there is a set of Recaro SRD seats that a member of the other club is selling and he claims that they are supportive. Now he wants 1200 bucks for them. I know the going price on Recaros are that sooo what would you guys say if you wanted a better more supportive seat? I dont track my car and lower back support is the main point for me. What are the alternatives?
thanks in advance

Head on over to Tognotti's on Fulton, and Motorsports dynamics on Arden... They both have seats on display, including recaro's.

i think your cheapest alternative are those lower back support cushions.

cushion deal

Thanks,, yeah I have something to that effect. A few weeks back I sat in a new Audi TT in a showroom while waiting for some parts and WOW. The seat was soo much better than the WRX...maybe I should consider One nice seat and leave the passenger seat stock,,, I dunno.
Thanks
