Well, Get a CAI such as Cobbs, Lightened Pulleys, Cams, Heads, Headers, High Flow Cat, Catback, Clutch, lightened Flywheel, and a chip such as PROECM or TCIII. You should be good after all of this, probably 14.5s in the 1/4.

i have an 02 rs, so far ive done:
eibach springs / cusco rear swaybar on middle setting - really gets rid of the body roll, i definately felt an improvement. But the problem is over time you get used to it and want more!!!! definately gave my car more oversteer,,, the back wheels seem to want to rip around turns and slide out a little sometimes.

cobb cold air intake - will give minimal gains alone, but then again it all adds up. I didnt feel that i lost any low end torque with this intake, and i did feel like i gained a little bit mid to high range. Amazing sound!!! get this youll be psyched!

installed yesterday-
scoobysport axleback / gfb lightweight pulleys

wow- what a sound coming out of that scoobysport.... its made for the wrx so i had to bring it to meinekee for a little chopwork.. one of the flanges had to be rotated.... they also threw in a small section of 2.25 piping to mate my 1.??? and the scoobysport 2.5 diameter pipes. my midpipe and cats and resonator are all stock,, i only purchased the axleback section.
the car is super bassy at low rpms,, im not sure if im thrilled with it as it makes me cringe when i pull into my driveway late at night. but it does make a beautiful sound when you are driving. nice gurgles between shifts.

i cannot specify as to how much gains the pulleys or the axleback gave me because i put them on at the same time... i can tell you that i definately do feel noticable gains.. overall the car drives much much smoother... throttle response comes on quicker and harder... i also feel like at around 5000 rpms where my car usually felt dead,, it now continues to pull right into my next shift.

overall... it feels like all of my mods are working together now to make the car run smoother and have quite a bit more torque than it used to...
hope this helps
Pat
