Well it is finally time for me to make my final choice. The setup that I am going to go with in my WRX is:
2.35l Built Engine from Axis Power Racing w/ 8500 rev limit
Stock heads with Axis' Stage 2 Valvetrain Upgrade
20G or Green
That much I know is written in stone, but the supporting mods im unsure about. Here is what I'm thinking:
APS D/R 500
APS Up-Pipe
APS 3 or 3.5" TBE
Upgraded Fuel Rail
Unknown Injectors
Unknown Fuel Pump
TurboXS UTEC tuned by AXIS
The tranny will be taken care of by KAAZ gearsets and Exedy Clutch and Flywheel so I'm not worried about that. What im looking for is what supporting mods are you guys running with the turbo's that I have choosen. I want something that has been proven to provide good numbers and there is no better proof than what is working for you guys. So what supporting mods are you guys running with the 20G or Green that have given good result?
There is a local gas station that sells 100 octane pump gas and thats what I'll be running in this engine so I know this will unlock some of the hidden power.
So I just want to know what supporting mods ,without giving away to many of your secrets, you guys are running with these turbos and how much power you are putting out. If you have dyno charts great but if not then that's cool to. Thanks for your help.

Are you refering to the Green turbo's that Forcedperformance makes? If so, those are awsome turbines. But in all practicality, 20G turbines have been serious turbines since day 1. I don't know about you subaru guys, but there a variations of 20G's that us DSMers use. TD05, TD05H, TD06, and then you have the number of degrees the blades are cut 10, 15 etc. In my opinion, 20G's are the best turbines made for daily performance 4 cylender cars. Especially with a 2.3 stroker kit. If you upped the compression, that will also help out in spooling the turbine quiker.

Looks like a pretty good setup to me. I'd add Perrin fuel rails, PE 800s or modded stock injectors if you are comfortable with them, and a Walbro fuel pump, unless you want to go with a big fat Bosch inline pump.

Well the compression on that engine is 8.5:1 I believe. Im looking at boost around 4-4.5k rpms which makes me happy. I was worried about low end grunt but was told that the added displacement will take car of that. I plan on upgrading the fuel rail to the Perrin setup and mod the stock injectors to 740cc and the ever famous Walbro fuel pump.
Anyone have the FP turbos that like there current setup that wouldnt mind sharing it or have suggestions that made their turbos perform better. Thanks

If you want quicker spool, the 20G has a little more options that could take you where you want to go. TDO5 20G with a 7cm housing and a 15 deg clip would be good for a decently good spool. I have seen some Spool up (I dont know the PSI off the top of my head though) at around 35 to 3800 rpm. FP GREENS are awsome turbines, and they are similar to 50 trim turbines, but you sacrifice the quicker spool. FP greens are rated to flow around 10 percent more CFM's than 20Gs, so you can take that stat any way you want: Quicker Spool, and good top end, or sacrifice a little spool and have 10 percent more top end.
Choice is yours man. Good luck!
