AVO kit/350 HP?
I was thinking of upgrading my '99 2.5 with the Cobb tuning stage one kit cylinder head and a turbo. The cobb kit says that you can see up to 35 hp increase(flywheel ?). I was also thinking of doing the AVO garret turbo kit. It says that there is roughly a 100 hp(Flywheel) increase at 6 psi. If i do the math that comes out to roughly 300 flywheel hp. If i do a good exhaust and maybe turn the boost up a little bit, could i possibly hit 350 flywheel hp on pump gas(91 in WA) and still have a daily driver? I think that would be an awesome combo. Anyone done this or have any thoughts on it?

they don't give you any information on the turbo. your peak HP numbers are going to depend on which garrett turbo they're using. Could 350 be possible? Sure it could be.
However, you can't just add up HP gains from parts like you are doing.
I can say that the heads and cams will give you greater results from the turbo kit. Mine did. I had a stage I car that was considerably faster than stage II cars. Thanks to a good exhaust(borla headers, 3" catless) and COBB cams.
I have heard that the turbo on the AVO kit is small and can't go too much higher than it's current setup. I think i-speed had an article on this.

I would not plan on going over 5psi with the AVO. It is a maxed out setup and I would pick something else if you want to bump it up.
Dont think you will get over about 265hp at crank with it.
