- Piston Squirters
- Stock 2.2 Crankshaft

- CP Forged Pistons (8.5:1 CR)
- 7500 Rev Limit Recommended

Why the
7500 rev limit? Is the block limited or the WRX heads? My tax money is coming and I'm just stupid enough to buy this.

The stock rods are what is the limiting factor. The crank is good for 8000rpms stock, but the rods are not. They are better than the wrx rods, but also slightly heavier.
Besides, unless you get some aftermarket cams and change your valvesprings, you won't make any power past 6500 anyway, so there's no use in spinning the motor that fast. It's basically there for overrev protection.
