STi Turboback on my '04 WRX?
Hi everybody - Sorry in advance for the somewhat n00b question, but I've gotten several different answers to this:
A guy who lives near me wants to sell me his STi turboback exhaust for $300.
I've heard from some people that the STi turboback is the same diameter as my stock 'regular WRX' turboback (2.25"?).
If that's the case, is the STi turboback different than my stock WRX turboback in some other way?

Car Info: PnP VF30 w/ STi injectors Perrin intake walbro fuel pump w/ a TXS TBE
There are excatly the same TBE. There is nothing to gain except you can say you have an STi TBE
same except for the muffler.
if you want a jdm V7 sti turboback though, i'll be selling mine in two months. same diameter, however it only has 1 cat as opposed to two. mine consists of the sti downpipe & midpipe, and an MRT axleback. shoot me a pm if you want it when it comes off.
