Swaybar setting?

Out of pure curiosity. For those of you who have aftermarket rear swaybars, what setting do you have them set to? I assume it will come out around 22mm average but I was just wondering... Hell, I'll admit it, I'm bored!

I have my IPD (for legacy) on the middle setting and it has so far been incredibly flat and neutral.

I have the Cusco on GC8 STi. With HKS Coilover suspension I set it on the middle setting for street driving, and the stiffest for circuit. During the winter I set it on the loosest setting and run stock suspension. The swaybar(when it's correctly adjusted) in my opinion is the best suspension mod there is. When it's set too tight, imperfections in the road and small bumps will cause the rear to hop while cornering.
