Yeah, supposedly the '04s were going to have front and rear bars of the same size, depending on model and trim, i.e STi gets 20/20, WRX gets 17/17, and the others get 13/13. o_0 Sounded pretty dumb the last time I heard it, glad to hear it's not true for certain.

2004 Imprezas have a 20mm front sway bar. Older models have 19.
silver_rex_4eat, I would base the answer to your question on what you think of your car. If you feel it rolls too much, than upgrade your sway bars. If you're dying for less understeer, get an adjustable rear. My recommendation for 90% of people who want suspension mods is a 20-24mm adjustable RSB like Cusco or Whiteline and solid endlinks with urethane bushings.

Is whiteline suspension stuff any good? Why is their stuff so much less expensive than other brands? I have an 04 and am looking into getting a rear sway bar and aluminum end links and just trying to decide what to go with. I am looking for less roll and less understeer/more oversteer.
