i recently bought a 04' Impreza RS.

When i'm trying to go over 80mph on the freeway (more often then not when i'm getting on the freeway) in 5th gear i will get a low moaning sound whenever i give it gas. What is this? Is it normal or is it a problem?

At about 100 + you will get the woooo-woooo sound...pull in your mirrors before you leave the house....or just turn up the stero.

Yes I alwaus always moan when im going 80+ mph. Haha. Cars make noise under speed, but yeah it can be the mirrors . . . and make sure your antenna is up or else it will keep hitting your roof. Good Luck

Is this sound coming from the drivetrain? If so then I have the samething. It only happens when you hit the gas right?
