Changed my timing belt in 40 minutes.
I'm getting too freaking good at this.
However, an EJ20 is real similar, and I'm sure I could do it in an hour. So if anyone needs a hand give me a call.

About the cams: Did you remove the valve covers and secure the cams when you pulled off the cam pulleys? This is what I did.

tensioner: used a vice and locked the piston down with a 3mm hex key.
Cams, broke the cam bolts loose before removing timing belt. This way cam didn't spin. Had to put the car in gear so the engine wouldn't turn over.
