Are the Scoops painted MBP or the new Java Black Pearl?

Mootis--The scoops are for the 02-03 style wrx, so they are painted MBP.

The RA hood scoop splitter was designed for the STi hood scoop and STi intercooler, but you may able retrofit the stock ducting to work with the stock IC.
