I have just added a new feature to the site. Now, people can rate other people based on their experience with them during a business transaction. To do so, you must click on user's profile or the link right below the POST COUNT and you will be able to leave feedback.

This is a very nice "eBay" like feature that will allow us to give better reviews to people and warn them about potential scams.

Here is a list of features:

This is a rating system for when members buy / sell /trade items from each other. It is based on the honor system since there is no way to truly tell if they did engage in a transaction. However I created this system because it was a pain to try and maintain a single thread listing good / bad traders and so far has worked out quite well.

Key Features:
- Rate Member Positive/Negative/Neutral
- Specify Buyer, Seller, or Trade
- Leave comments about the deal
- Records date when rating created
- Specify a URL to the deal

hey thats a great idea! however, i think it should only be shown in one's profile. it sort of clutters up the side bar w/ our info ya know? jus my opinion :)

i second that. but then again i'm just another random person. not like we all trade with each other daily like ebay.

but it did catch my attention though and was like what is that.

nice addition...what happens if the person changes their name?

Very good feature, but I have one concern and can see the threads been flooded with this: What happens when a person starts messing around, BS's and creates a rating that is false, leaves negative feedback and hurts that person's image/profile. I think that would sux if someone put some false stuff about me. Other than that, I LIKE IT... And yes, thanx Alex for the stickers.

This feature is a basic resource and should not be used as your only reasoning for entering into a deal with an other member...as for false feedback we are adults, if the club as a whole is not responsible enough to use this feature then I guess it will just be removed.

very good feature! I like it and it'll definetly make me more confident in dealing with others on the board.

I'm glad someone came out with this feature! I don't see it cluttering the sidebar at all. I didn't even notice it for a couple of days after it came out. Great job!
