AVO 2.5 Turbo Kit
hey guys im lookin at the AVO 2.5 Turbo kit for the 1999 rs. and it says a recommended 6psi for about 75% more power. and i was just wondering what would be the maximum psi i could put it at, but still being safe enough not to blow the engine/turbo or detonate. thanks

I'm running 7.5psi on my AVO kit. But I'm at the very limits of my stock fuel system.
If you get a high flow fuel pump, bigger injectors and play with the Link I don't see why you can't go 10-12 psi, but then most likely bye bye tranny. Other than that, I think that once you get above about 12psi the Garrett GT25 BB turbo that comes with the kit will be getting into it's inneficient(sp?) range.
