Kostamojen 12-03-2002, 10:44 PM I dont think you can buy just any old sized bolt to fit, its a really large hefty bolt without that much thread... N/ABeast 12-03-2002, 10:44 PM Damn, I dont want spend 25 dollars for Whitelines bolts.. Guess I may have to break down and spend 25 bucks on two bolts OakosAutomotive 12-04-2002, 08:42 AM You can see in this picture that they are not bolts that you could just buy from the hardware store. http://www.oakos.com/Merchant2/graphics/00000001/KSB750.jpg -Dave davenow 12-04-2002, 04:27 PM Not the whiteline explaination, I want to know what the feel is like with them. Can I leave them on for daily driving? bamfwrx 12-04-2002, 06:42 PM I have not looked at how the bolts seat in the diff carrier. but why wouldn't a piece of pipe or some other sort of spacer on a regular bolt. N/ABeast 12-04-2002, 08:39 PM Well, theyre only au$33, 17 bucks on whitelines page Kostamojen 12-05-2002, 12:04 AM They make it so that the bushings on the rear differential are useless, IE that the diff and suspension and stuff is all connected as one solid piece. N/ABeast 12-06-2002, 03:19 PM I ordered the bolts last night for 27 shipped, I'll report on them when I install them. b_tapper 12-06-2002, 05:34 PM I wanna know how they work too...I like the mods were I can use the words cheap and easy :p |
