I'm racing an Wrx Sportwagon with stock tires (soon to be replaced), a Cobb Stage 1 ECU, a homegrown rear strut brace, and front and rear cusco swaybars. At my last race, the swaybars were lifting the both inside tires in the slalom, not one at a time either. I'm sure that I need to do something to keep at least three wheels on the ground at one time. What's the best next step? I race in SM b/c of the ECU.

Hmmm, I'm really surprised that you're lifting BOTH inside wheels.
I would definitely suggest that the next thing you do is throw some spring or springs/struts at it. With the springs, you'll lower your center of gravity a bit, which will inherently reduce body roll. The struts will help this a bit more.
I always suggest limiting the parts you throw at a car until you really learn how do drive the car. I used to autoX a ZX2 S/R before I moved into the WRX. Now with anout 5 autoXes under my belt, I still don't feel that I've "de-learned" the ZX2, and I still have alot to learn about the WRX.

Try a front strut tower brace and stiffer shocks.
