Refurbished by Canon about 3000 actuations ago (a year or two ago). Have documentation and original box w/ everything.
Refurbished = better than used! dont be afraid of the word! I bought it from a wedding photographer so he took photos til it wouldn't click anymore, and under warranty had all the necessary internals replace by Canon.
Hot shoe is a little loose/warn.
Hairline 10mm scratch on LCD.

Don't worry friends, im upgrading to a 40D 
and my 70-200 f4 L IS and trusty 50mm f1.8 are awaiting it's arrival! haah
