Have CBE and Aftermarket DP, but no UP

Have CBE and Aftermarket DP, but no UP
Okay, so I was originally planning on installing my CBE and DP I recently got. For sure I'll be installing my CBE, as it's been gathering dust in my garage the last week. But I don't have an UP at the moment and I plan on getting it sometime by the end of July. I talked with a mechanic and he doesn't recommend installing a DP with no UP. Should I just wait till I get my UP to install my DP?

he doesn't recommend installing the DP without the UP because to install the UP later on he'll have to uninstall the DP, so it is wisest to install everything at once.
I still have that Cobb UP, $225 picked up, ~$240 shipped (did more research on prices since last time you asked about the price)

I'll PM you when I'm ready to buy, I'm not ready to buy a DP ATM. And $225 is beyond my budget I'd like to spend. I was hoping for $120-$160 range
