Darn noise...

So i did an up-pipe install today... i unbolted the intercooler, the air filter, then the turbo... i initially attempted to pull the up-pipe through the top of the engine bay... but i couldn't get the turbo off completely, so therefore i got frustrated and decided to try pulling out from the bottom of the motor... so i followed the instructions from scoobymods by perrin and ended up with it in and working... i also did a downpipe and cbe install and then a cobb ap stage II install... i got it all together and started the car... it runs and idles fine... i start to head down the road and there is a fluttering noise as i give it gas... it sounds like a card in the rim of a bike to make it sound cooler... but this isn't a pleasant sound... it doesn't make the noise when at idle or low RPM's or when i push the gas pedal 1/8 of the way in keeping it at a steady rpm... it does when in accel or decel... and is bad at lower rpm's when acceling or deceling... i also noticed that when i went for a drive before i uploaded my cobb it wasn't pulling as hard... so i took it back put it to stage II and i was pushing no more than 5.1psi... whats wrong?

To me it sounds like a post turbo leak. generally a preturbo leak will scream and a post turbo leak will flutter. however I used to have a very small uppipe leak and it ticked with I was building boost(but I would still hit target boost just fine).when I had a large uppipe leak it would scream. I've have a downpipe leak before also and it make a fluttering sound.
a sound clip would be great.

Im going to agree with DemonPossessed that you have a massive leak. Make sure all the surfaces are mated up. Check where the up-pipe connects to the manifold. Mine didn't want to mate up there correctly when i put it in.

a bad post-turbo leak will cause loss of low end torque

When you did the initial install, did you put in new gaskets?

Alright... im back with this same ?... cause i recently hit a deer and it did enough damage for me to be out of commision for a while... Yes i installed new gaskets and everything runs just fine... it is fluttering the worst when i am off the gas coasting in at high RPM's... i don't here the flutter when on the gas... only when off and when i push in the clutch and the motor starts to drop to an idle i here it the worst... the worst place to here it is behind me... all my gaskets are good and i have no flippin clue as to what is causing it....
