Hey guys, I haven't been around the forums much lately, as life has been a bit hectic, and I'm consumed with the joys of being a father now. :)

I have a small condo in Wildwood, NJ, 3 blocks from the beach, boardwalk, and convention center. I rent it out in the summer, and would offer a 10% discount to responsible tri-state members. :banana:

The unit is a 1 bedroom condo that is set up to sleep six. It features a real arcade machine that packs 60 classic arcade games such as Ms. Pacman, Frogger, Donkey Kong, Millipede, Arkanoid, Dig Dug, Space Invaders, Zaxxon, Galaga, and many others. It also has a large wall mounted 42" flat screen LCD TV with DVD/VCR.

Wireless internet for i-club addicts is also included. :D

The condo includes access to the on-site pool, and is only three blocks from the beach and convention center, as well as gas grills on the community patio. All local entertainment is within walking distance. The only reason to drive is to shoot up the Garden State Parkway to Atlantic City.

Of course, there is also plenty of local activity, as the boardwalk, amusement piers, convention center, and beach are a few block's walk.

Atlantic City is also just a short drive away.

This condo features a full kitchenette, and a roomy bedroom with a twin top bunk, queen bottom bunk, and a lower twin trundle bed. The living room is equipped with a very comfy wrap-around sectional sofa that includes a recliner and a pull out bed that sleeps two more adults.

The unit also features its own washer/dryer, so you don't have to waste precious vacation time sitting at the laundromat.

Note: I had to remove the bar to fit the wrap around sectional sofa, as the bar took too much space and wasn't practical in such a small condo. Trust me, it's a great improvement in space utilization and comfort.

Reduced price for 5/27-6/3 for i-club members. $475 for the week. You won't find a better deal than this on the island. Wildwood's beaches just won Best Beach in NJ.

6/22-28 (6 nights Sunday-Sat) available for $695 for i-club members. You won't find a better deal in Wildwood.

I have a group leaving Sunday morning 6/22, and another arriving Saturday afternoon 6/28, so the six nights in between are available. I'm heavily discounting the price (normally $995/week) to fill this gap.

I made some improvements in the condo over the past couple of days (pics to follow on Friday). It is now equipped with wireless internet, has a wrap around sleeper sectional sofa (VERY comfy!) instead of the futon and bar seating, and it has been decorated with some wall trim, bookshelf for the scholarly, and new blinds and dressers in the bedroom.

Before if you put 3 people on the futon, you were invading each other's personal space, but now 5 people can feel comfortable on the sectional, plus another in the plush green chair. I have other improvements planned, but they may have to wait until after the season, since week-long rentals begin soon.

I just added new pictures of the latest improvements to the condo.

The weekend of 5/15 to 5/17 is still available. :)

The original thread has been updated, as I've added a stacked washer/dryer to the condo, so now you won't have lose precious vacation time to run out to the laundromat halfway through the week! :happy:

I still have July 5-11 (six nights) at $750 plus security deposit, and July 11-18 for $895 for i-club members. A couple August weeks are also still available, so email me at crazyfastwrx at yahoo if you'd like to find out more.
