Turbo XS & Prodrive air intake / Subaru STi WRX Impreza
This should fit on any 02, 03, 04, 05, 06 Impreza, WRX, or STi
The short ram intake includes a billet aluminum MAF adapter, Prodrive pod filter, and mounting bracket. The TurboXS intake is engineered to maintain the correct mass air flow sensor signal leading avoiding some of the problems associated with running improperly designed intakes.
This intake is lightly used and perfectly functional. The only defect is a blemish on the metal MAF adapter where the bracket held the adapter.
The intake sounds great. I used the K&N filter that it came with, but am selling it with a brand NEW Prodrive oil free air filter that is cleanable and reusable. The filter is unused and perfect. The oil free Prodrive filters are superior to oiled ones (like the K&N ones) because they don’t leave oil residue on the MAF sensor that causes dirt to collect and leading to incorrect air readings. I speak from experience because I had to clean my MAF two times in just a few months because the oil from the K&N filter was coating my MAF and causing the sensor to misread.
Now get a good Short ram intake from Turbo XS with a quality Prodrive air filter
This intake sells for over $165 with a K&N Filter, but it includes a Prodrive oil free filter!
