i-Club friend Subaru Dealership in the bay area?
Santa Cruz has always been good but seems like Capitol is also on the rise...
Yes, they both know of i-club. In fact, Charlie Y. (cyyeo) here on i-club is from Santa Cruz Subaru. I think Roo is from Marin...

I bought mine from Santa Cruz, but I am endorsing Capitol. From the service writer to the president at Capitol Subaru, they all know about i-club. I know this from personal experience.
Actually yes, when inititally inquiring about an 06 STi they had, this is when they FIRST opened, I was treated like ****.
Im 21, a student, so fiscally speaking, I understand where their assumption came from (this boy cant afford this car), but being the ONLY customer on the lot I know I deserved atleast some basic customer service. Instead, I was lectured on succeeding as a student, coming to grips with the reality that I couldnt afford a car, and laughed at.
Once they discovered I had a down payment of 10,000, everything changed, yet things remained bad. When discussing financing, I insisted on discussing the "bottom line" price of the vehicle, rather than play the monthly payment game of "well what can you afford monthly?" Using the calculator I brought, I calculated, using theoretical proposed monthly payment values along with my down payment, that I would end up buying a 2006 Black STi out the door for 39,500. Seeing this, I insisted on talking about the price of the car itself rather than playing the monthly game.
Instead of discussing bottom line prices, I was then lectured on credit scores, how valuable this car, and was told that no one ever pays MSRP or close to it for these cars. Mid conversation I walked away.
Stupid ****s, well atleast the ones I dealt with.
