any idea what to take out from wrx for stage 1

I know!.......

Start with the spare, then the jack, rear seats, carpet, headliner, passenger seat, all plastic moldings, air conditioning, then, start drilling those little holes in the unnecessary metal parts (make sure it doesn't weaken the structure of the car).

That would be about it.



oh yeah, and remove the hood and trunk frame (that metal frame that is attatched to the sheet metal hood.
