I have brand new Greddy front mount intercooler for STI/WRX. I was going to use it for my 05 STI but it got totalled when it was t boned in the intersection. I'm asking $800 obo and its located in Orange County, California.

 

which model is it from Greddy? Greddy's web site list 2 differnet part #'s?

 

its 12060020. I talk to greddy and they told me that this part is really similar or almost same to 12050071.

I was very interested in buying this, but the part #'s didn't match Greddys web site - after hearing from selling (who answered me right away) - I wanted 2 call Greddy 2 see why the part #'s changed - the model change mainly happened because of the '06 body change - this kit is not designed for the '06 & up WRX/ STI - it can work but some modifications have 2 be done to the kit & the car - now 1 note on this - I spoke to 3 differnet people @ Greddy & all gave me some differnet info - they weren't much help - the last guy I spoke 2 seem 2 know exactly what I was talking about - but he could of been a GOOD bull****ter. . . . . .

 

that doesn't make sense. you are saying it won't fit 06 because 02, 04 and 06 is different right? then how come the one that greddy has listed on their website said it'll fit 02 and up? they are saying that one kit will fit all the body style doesn't matter if its 02, 04, or 06. from what I saw, Blitz and XS fit fine on all years including the 06+ and they came out with their kit before 06 and they haven't changed a thing.

I know what u r saying - about the new model thing - thats why I called greddy & they weren't much help - I have been trying 2 decide on a front mount 4 a while now - just can't decide (also looking 4 the deal I can't pass up) - I also looked @ Turbo XS & at the time (when I 1st got my wrx) they said theres would not fit the '06 - 1 of the pipings had 2 be changed due 2 some change on the '06 compared 2 the '05 but now their font mount fits all years - I really don't remember what pipe he was talking about - so again - just a heads up - its nothing w/ u - u answered me right away - so thank u - I hope somebody buys it - reasonable offer - come on 02/05ers - make him an offer
