Aircraft grade paint stripper?
Any particular brands/products recommended?

I need to have my FMI and other things powder coated again but I need to have the original powder coat taken off and paint taken off before having it redone.

Almost positive i've seen some on the shelf @ walmart in kunia. Thats where i picked up all the truck bedliner. Think they only had 2-3 cans at the time.

How about get it media blasted? I've seen a place near the Recon place that does media blasting.

 

media blasting will work on the paint but not the powder coating. Doing that might damage the surface under the powder coating creating a bigger problem. I've already explored this avenue and was advised it isn't the smartest

I'll check walmart for that stuff. Unfortunately we do NOT have a pep boys here

it was merely because those products were available at pep boys and we don't have them.
