I have the Cobb power pulley that I want to install along with new belts, but I'm having trouble finding detailed information on changing these out.

My main concern is getting the belt tension correct,

but also, on alldata, it shows that there are seperate stages of tightening the torque on the bolt that connects the pully to the motor, but I can't find any correlation to these "tightening stages".
