View Full Version : pls help!! vendor purchase gone bad from Carbon Limited

on ClubWRX.net i ordered a carbon fiber hood from carbon limited.com (http://www.clubwrx.net/forums/member.php?u=32421) last november 2006 and it came in all tore up. i called jim (carbon limited) (http://www.clubwrx.net/forums/member.php?u=32421) and told him what happend and he said i have to file a claim to the bax global (the shipping service he used). i filed a claim and i only got $50 back because the hood was not insured.

i called jim (http://www.clubwrx.net/forums/member.php?u=32421) again and told him what had happend, and he said he will replace the hood, all i had to do was ship it back to him which i did on january 07. he told that once he got the hood back i will get a replacement in 10 days, its has been 5-6 months already and i havent got the hood yet. i've been calling him everyday and he never answer his phone. ive also been trying to email him but no response.

pls advice me on what steps i can take in order to get a hood or my money back?

has anybody else have had any issues with carbon limited?

Were they listed as a vendor on the forum? If so the admin should be able to contact them. SOunds to me like you're F'd.
