NorCal: 2006 USDM STi 6-Speed DCCD: Complete! 8,000 miles!

I have recently acquired a full 6-Speed Transmission and all applicable parts from a 2006 USDM STi with only 8,000 miles.:RockOn - not mine:

I will not part out this package, I intend to sell this for someone looking to convert their "glassbox" 5-speed.

Included:

6-Speed Transmission
Axels
Stronger 05+ STi Hubs
Driveshaft
R180 Rear differential
DCCD Switches
DCCD Control boxes and all wiring
Silver STi BBS

I may have missed something, but if I did I've got it. You may use anything you need or want from the chassis that will aid you in your conversion, the package will come complete to your needs.

*I even have the full shift linkage from the car! This is a STi factory shortshift kit linkage set up.

Note: Brembos not included.

Price: $6,000 including Silver 05'+ STi BBS. Price negotiable.

Please do not waste my time unless you are not absolutely certain that you want a 6-speed swap, and understand what is involved with this project. I have no conversion information, but an excellent and reputable source here in the Bay Area would be licmotorsports.com

This transmission is still bolted to the chassis and will be removed shortly. You can set an appointment to look at the chassis. It is located near downtown San Jose.

just curious, why are you not including the Brembos? I believe they are a required part of the swap if you use the hubs and R180 as opposed to compatable axles/axle stubs.

For swap info for anyone interested, check this out

I don't have the Brembo's to include. Thanks for the FAQ link, that is extremely helpful.

Did you ever find a 6-speed? How did it all work out for you?

I think I have decided to go with a PPG setup since the 6-Speed swap is so complicated. It is still 6 months to a year down the road tho, so we shall see.

Seems like there are hundreds of 6-speed swaps out there with much success.
