Hey everyone. This is my first post and I recently found a '04 WRX that the seller and I agreed on a deal of $15,000 for it. However, the car is an out of state car along with the seller's loan company. The seller told me to write a check out so he can send it to the loan company in return for the title and then do all the paperwork thereafter. But I'm a bit skeptical with that idea. Is there any other way to go upon completing the deal? Please let me know with any ideas that you guys have. Thanks in advance.

 

you should be able to call the loan company and get all the info you need from them.
