Woman upgraded after dying in economy during flight from Delhi to London

That's one way to get into first class that I'd never thought of

They did. But if they didn't notify me and I woke up next to a dead corpse, I'd be pissed. That's traumatizing. I hope they compensate him.

What's the big deal here? The man is a *****. Being next to a dead body isn't as bad ad being next to someone that's gravely sick. It's a lifeless shell. The airline did the right thing by moving the two to first class. It shows respect for the dead and the one grieving. Stuffing the corpse into a closet or bathroom would have been awful!

This is just one of those types that's easily appalled by everything. The same type of person that will send back perfectly good food just because he can. Death is a part of life. Odds are it can happen on planes too. Get over it, accept it as life, ignore it, get some sleep on the flight and move on.

^ some people aren't as desensitized as you are, not saying that it's a bad thing.

It depends on how far after takeoff she expired, if it was 30-60 minutes, I might see continuing the flight, however if it was just after take off <30 minutes...then they should've stopped.
