I am looking for a STI to buy. I have some specifications i would like the car to fall into but i am always open to offers. All of the information about what i want and that you should need is listed below.

I want:
Car: WRX STI
Year: 2004 - 2005 (Prefer 05)
Milage: 30k and under (not too picky about mileage)
Warranty: 6y/60k or similar (Has to have the powertrain 6yr warranty or similar)
Color: PSM, CGM, OBP (open to other offers)
Modifications: Prefer none (but always open to mods)
Title: CLEAN
Body: No damage, no scratchs, clean body
Interior: Non smoker, no rips, no stains, no damage
Tires and brakes: Good condition at least 50% left

I hope this helps, i am located in sacramento CA so i am looking for a sti in the greater areas. I have cash in hand and am ready to buy it outright, would be willing to take over payments as well.
