I was there today... had VIP tickets. The NASCAR crap was LAME. My subie coule take corners faster than them.

I have VIP tix for Sunday as well... I'll there at around 3ish.

Fridays drifting by the hairpin SUCKED

 

same hairpin as last year sucks this year? haha!!! told ya

In the drift competition on friday I decided to go over to the S turn section. Right when i got there the FD RX7 spun out and the 240sx(s13) t-boned it. It was awesome.

 

Dude, I said the same thing after watkins glen and posted something on nasioc to the same effect. Man did I get flamed for being retarded. God I hate that site.

 

Find a lightrail station near you and park there. Take light rail to Children's Discovery Museum. Light rail is the best way.

 

Crap... I missed all the stuff in the Discovery Museum area. I was riding the train away when I realized there was a stage and more booths and stuff there... like TRD. What did I miss in that area? What booths were there?

 

Yeah, and they took OUT the touring car races!

I miss seeing the Nissans, Hondas, Subies, BMWs, etc (the street car stuff) run races. They weren't as fast as the open wheels (obviously) but they went the most ***** out.

 

Nascar is more closely tied to IRL. Why did they come out to promote at a strictly road circuit race?
