Just a sighting, just curious who you are. Saw you on 880 south near 101 in the evening commute. You got stuck behind a slow van/suv so I noticed you had hella supertones peeking through your grille. I think you're a blue WRX 04/05 sedan with STi wing.
Just saying hi.

its so I-club like that someone who owns the car you spotted isn't a member? Hate to break it to you, but I'd be willing to bet than at least 75% of impreza owners in the bay area aren't member here.
What did you want to know about supertones? Have I owned them? yes. Would I but them again? No. Are they louder than stock? yes. Are they LOUD? No. Also, they sound wimpy and yes I had the german 118db ones . The best horns I've owned were the hella triple air horn set I had on my last car. They would scare the crap out of anyone. http://www.rallylights.com/hella/tri...e_air_horn.asp The hella trumpet horns are ok as well. The SPL isn't a true tell of what they will be like, the tones and harmonics play a big role. The triple Air horn set will make your stomach upset, but the supertones are just a little annoying.
